Our Story

Built on laughter.
Built on love.

Probably Water was created with a simple idea: give comedy fans a fun, refreshing alternative to alcohol while adding something memorable to the live comedy experience. We thought about it for a while. Then we made the water.

The Idea

Part of the show.
A keepsake to take home.

Many guests at comedy clubs are looking for a non-alcoholic option that is more exciting than a plain cup of water. We created a beverage that feels like it belongs in the room, premium enough to sit on any table, interesting enough to start a conversation before the opener even hits the stage.

Probably Water is part of the show. Scan the QR code on the label and you get a joke. Maybe your joke ends up on the next bottle. It is hydration with a punchline, and a keepsake worth keeping long after the show ends. We are very serious about the water. Less serious about everything else.

In His Honor

“Probably Water was built on something much more meaningful.”

Our company was founded in honor of Rich, a young man whose love of comedy, infectious smile, and incredible sense of humor left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

Comedy was not just entertainment for Rich. It was a place where friends could forget about life’s stresses for a little while, laugh together, and simply enjoy the moment. He even took the stage himself during open mic nights, because making people laugh brought him genuine joy.

Tragically, Rich, after a long struggle with mental health, took his own life in 2010 at the age of 24.

His story is the reason Probably Water is committed to supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Our Commitment

Every bottle sold.
Every cause supported.

A portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold is donated to organizations dedicated to providing hope, resources, research, and support for those facing mental health challenges. We rotate the organizations and causes we donate to, so our impact continues to reach where it is needed most.

Our mission is simple: create moments of laughter, celebrate the people who bring joy into the world, and help support organizations working to ensure that more people have the opportunity to experience brighter days ahead.

Giving back

We rotate our charitable partners to support a range of mental health organizations. Every purchase contributes directly to that mission, no exceptions.

Thank You

You are part of Rich’s legacy.

He would appreciate a cheers in his honor, with your water. Definitely not vodka.

We hope you enjoy the show, share a few laughs, and, if only for a little while, leave the worries of everyday life outside the comedy club.
